* Payroll deduction is the most efficient means of payment and typically uses pretax dollars. If you choose “Payroll Deduction”, you will need to make your first payment by cash or check, in order to guarantee your space. Then, Payroll deduction typically starts in 3-4 weeks. Please contact your HR department regarding payroll deductions and parking payments. Parking payments are deducted in advance on the 10th of the prior month. Our parking lot name is GMC Parking. Your account number is your space number and your start date. i.e. K07-010122. Your space will be assigned by our office.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the following Agreement, Terms and Conditions.

By checking the Box, I AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. I agree to make prompt monthly payments, until I cancel my parking spot.
2. I shall give written notice, by US Mail or Email, when cancelling my parking spot. GMC Parking and Commuter Check (if applicable for Payroll Deduction), shall be contacted, within 48 hours of my cancellation date.
3. Monthly parking fees are due and payable in advance on the 1st of every month.
4. Statements will be sent monthly, if your account has a balance.
5. Past due accounts, which are two months over due, may receive a monthly late fee up to $20 and you may lose your parking spot. The same applies for balances over $100.
6. The customer has the following payment options: Check, Money Order and Payroll Deduction, via Commuter Check. Payroll Deduction is the best option for most customers, since it will use Pre-Tax Dollars for parking benefits. For more info on Payroll Deduction, please contact your Human Resources Dept.
7. Please print your Account # or Lot/Space # on your check or Money Order.
8. Please recommend our parking service to other customers. For each referral, we will credit your account for one month of free parking. We must be contacted in writing with regarding the new customers name, after they complete two months of paid monthly parking. Limit is two referrals.
9. The final month of your parking payments will not be prorated unless there are extenuating circumstances. (i.e. Loss of Job, Family Emergency, etc.)
10. GMC Parking, Property Owner & Property Manager are not responsible for loss, property damage, bodily injury or death, that may occur while on the property. Owner or Property Manager are not responsible or liable for loss or damage by reason of theft, fire, collision or any other cause to any motor vehicle or its contents. I hereby waive any claims against GMC Parking , Property Owner and Property Manager for any loss, damage, bodily injury or death that may occur while on the property.
11. I agree to indemnify GMC Parking, Property Owner & Property Manager against claims that might arise while on the property.
12. Customers are subject to the Agreement, Terms and Conditions herein and any other management rules or directions.
13. In the event that the customer defaults on the outstanding balance and is referred to a collection agency for collections, the customer agrees to pay a collection fee.
14. This agreement may be cancelled or modified at any time, at the sole discretion of GMC Parking.
